We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you receive is incorrect — reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. Outside of this, orders are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or cancellation once confirmed.
Hand wash in cold water with a mild liquid detergent, inside out. Move it gently in the water; don't rub or wring, just press the water out. Dry in shade on a wide hanger and iron inside out. Wash dark colours separately the first few times.
