Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where an incorrect order has been delivered.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, or discounted items are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed

Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
Jazz by Kanika reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

International Orders

Returns, exchanges & refunds

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product received is incorrect.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
Products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after verification. Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Order cancellation.

International orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Jazz by Kanika reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, compliance issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, a full product refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note

For any reason other than those mentioned above, No Return, No Exchange, No Refund, and No Cancellation will be applicable as per our policy.

Fabric & Colour Variation Disclaimer

At Jazz By Kanika, every garment is crafted using carefully selected fabrics and refined craftsmanship.
Due to the nature of textiles and digital photography, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between the product images displayed on the website and the actual garment received.

These variations may occur due to:

Different screen resolutions and device displays
Natural fabric characteristics
Lighting used during photography
Dye lot variations during fabric production

Such minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Important Note

Natural fabrics and handcrafted garments may show slight irregularities. These are characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and not defects.
With proper care, your Jazz By Kanika garments will remain elegant and timeless for years.
